First Cut partner terms, agreed by email before a code is issued.

1. Your code. You get one permanent, unique referral code. It is never recycled and never given to anyone else.
2. What a referral earns. £10 when a venue you introduce buys and pays for the £149 audit. £20 when a venue you introduce buys and pays for the £349 implementation. If the same venue buys both as separate paid jobs, you earn both (£30). Nothing is paid on the £79/month upkeep plan. A fee is payable only on money that has cleared and has not been refunded.
3. Referral window. The venue must buy within 12 months of your referral. The window runs per service. The window starts on the earlier of your referral email and the date the venue named you. A repeat email does not reset it. A second email for the same venue and the same job does not create a second fee.
4. Claiming. Email hello@firstcutmaps.co.uk within 90 days of each sale, naming the venue and the job. A spoken introduction counts.
5. One partner per venue. If two partners claim the same venue, dated evidence decides.
6. Your own venue. No fee is due where you own, manage, are employed by, or have a regular coaching agreement at the venue, unless First Cut has agreed that introduction in writing beforehand. If you coach at a venue, ask us about it before you share your link.
7. How you are paid. By bank transfer once your claim is approved. We ask for bank details privately after approval; there is no public form. A venue clicking a payment link is not a sale. The money has to arrive and stay.
8. VAT. If you are VAT-registered, send your own VAT invoice quoting the claim reference. Otherwise we pay the fee without VAT.
9. Advertising. Any post that shares your link or code and promotes First Cut must be labelled #Ad up front. This is a condition of payment.
10. No promises. We never promise rankings or bookings, to you or to venues. Please do not make those promises on our behalf.
11. Ending the arrangement. Either side can end it by email at any time. Referrals made before it ends keep their 12-month and 90-day windows.
12. Not employment. This is a thank-you for introductions. It does not make you an employee, worker, or agent of First Cut.
13. Paperwork. Documents and payments use “Jamie Gray, trading as First Cut” and hello@firstcutmaps.co.uk. No home address appears on anything.
14. No tracking needed. You do not need anyone to click a link or accept a cookie to earn a fee. Your email and your code are enough.
