Do you need my Google password?
No. Never. If we make the changes, you add us as a helper. You stay in charge. You can remove us the same day.
How fast is the report?
We aim to send the report within 5 working days, once we have a usable website or Maps link.
What if I only take bookings by phone?
If you already have a diary or booking page, we can point the Maps Book button at it. We cannot invent a booking system. If you only take calls, Maps stays on Call. That is not a failed job. Monthly checks the Book link if you have one. It does not pretend Book is always on.
Invoices and VAT?
We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged. Pay by UK bank transfer or card, or ask for an invoice for your accounts.
How does monthly stop?
Email hello@firstcutmaps.co.uk to stop. You pay £79 for each month you want. The next month is only charged if you pay again.
When do you start the changes?
If we put the changes on, you add us as a helper on Google first. You stay in charge. The report does not wait for that.

We match the payment to the website or Maps link you sent. Then we write the report. We do not start on a click — we start when the money is in.
